In addition to new construction, CEC also provides dock, pier and seawall assessments and repair recommendations to waterfront communities throughout the region. As members of our engineering staff are skilled divers with years of experience inspecting submerged structures, CEC offers the unique capability of having our engineers assess a structure both above and below the waterline. Therefore, our clients can be assured that a structural assessment from CEC includes first hand observations wholly from our engineering staff and does not rely on the observations of third party divers. In this way, CEC is able to provide all encompassing services from inspection to repair/replacement for our clients.
